The Illawarra Folk Club Store (IFC Store) website is owned and operated by
the Illawarra Folk Club Inc, a non-profit incorporated association in New South
Wales, Australia.
Use of this website is subject to these Terms of Use.
Pricing

Prices, products and offers include GST

All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are
subject to change without notice.

Any online currency converter is to be used a guide only. All orders
will be charged in Australian dollars at the time of dispatch.

All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of
ordering.

Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result
in stock being unavailable.

We reserve the right to correct any publishing errors.
Payments and use of a third party Payment Gateway Service
Online credit card payments will be processed using a third party
payment gateway service run by Directone who provide a compliant payment gateway
service that is used to securely process customer payments. Details about the
information they capture and how the service works can be found here.
Delivery Costs
Some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted
delivery costs. Please email details of the products required for a final
freight cost. Alternatively, feel free to submit your order with query and we
will contact you to arrange appropriate delivery. You may cancel your order at
any time prior to processing.
Australian Delivery
Please note that domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. All
Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact
details.
Delivery Delays
Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result
in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order
we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You
may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.
International Ordering
International airmail orders are traceable to the point where they have
left Australia. The delivery of these orders are
subsequently reliant on overseas postal services.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange products in original sale
condition with an explanation as to why. Send an email to store@illawarrafolkclub.org.au
explaining the reasons. All returns are to be sent to:

Overseas Returns
Please contact us at store@illawarrafolkclub.org.au
prior to returning goods. Where a refund of goods is payable all items are
required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense using the same
credit card used for the original order. Upon receipt of the returned goods the
IFC Store will:

Refund the original cost of goods plus the initial delivery charge to
the original credit card used to place the order

Refund the mutually agreed return postage charges to the same credit
card
No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient
and/or customer and the IFC Store. Please include all return postage receipts.
Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our
error. All returns of international deliveries are subject to our International
terms and conditions.
Australian Law
There are a number of Australian laws in pertaining to fair trading and
privacy including the Trade Practices Act 1974 and the Commonwealth Privacy Act
1988 (with Amendments in 2000). For more information on Australian legislation

Dispute resolution services are also available in each Australian State and
Territory.
