Note 1: Stall holders who set-up Friday and pay for Saturday & Sunday get Friday free.  If you take-up this offer        please write FREE beside Note 1 in the Friday boxes

Note 2: The standard stall area is 4m x 4m (12' x 12'), if you require a larger area call Cathy Goding                                before booking to negotiate.  Additional charges may apply.

Note 3: Power will not be provided until 8am Friday

Note 4: No vehicles will be permitted in the Festival stalls area between 9am & 6pm

THIS IS ONLY A PROPOSAL – IF APPROVED YOU WILL RECEIVE A LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE AND A TAX INVOICE FROM THE ILLAWARRA FOLK CLUB INC FOR THE ABOVE AMOUNT.

I have read and accept the conditions for stalls at the 19th Illawarra Folk Festival at Jamberoo 15 to 19 September 2004 as stipulated in the ‘2004 Stall Application Notes’.

 

Attached is a copy of our ‘Certificate of Currency’ (available from your insurer) proving our Public Liability insurance cover for our enterprise at the Illawarra Folk Festival at Jamberoo 15 to 19 September 2004.  You will need to bring the original of the ‘Certificate of Currency’ to the Festival.
