The Illawarra Folk Club will once again present the Illawarra Folk Festival at Bulli from 17 to 20 January 2008. As part of its aims and development of folk music it will present its 5th Summer Folk Music School. The venue will be in Bulli.

The School will run on the 16th and 17th January 2008. It will be a great introduction to Folk Music, Tunes, Instruments and Musical Creativity. It’s an action packed two days with a variety of tutors and a chance to be part of the Festival’s Italian Lunch Concert! It will provide folk music tuition, awareness and opportunities to musicians and singers.

20 SCHOLARSHIPS TO WIN!

The Illawarra Folk Club is extremely proud and excited to announce 20 scholarships for the 2008 Illawarra Folk Festival Music School. The scholarships will cover the cost of attending the School and 1 Family Season pass to the Illawarra Folk Festival - worth $250.
