About the Festival

The 20th Illawarra Folk Festival will be held in September 2004 in the village of Jamberoo, 10km inland from the seaside town of Kiama. Kiama is situated 130km south of Sydney and 30km south of Wollongong. The Festival is organised by volunteers from the Illawarra Folk Club Inc. The Festival aims to present Australian and world folk music, song, dance, poetry and yarnspinning. There is a large emphasis on participatory events such as sessions, workshops and theme concerts. Generally there are around 180 events in 13 venues.

Accommodation in Jamberoo is very limited.  Can you provide your own camping; we will cover costs (the camp is adjacent to the Festival)?

Payment:
(Payment will be made by cheque.  Please select one option and nominate the name to which the cheque is to be made payable.)		 Option 1: You are registered for GST and will supply a Tax Invoice with your ABN (stating GST has been included before payment).
Option 2: You are not registered for GST but have an ABN and will supply an Invoice with your ABN (stating that no GST has been charged) before payment.
Option 3: You do not have an ABN, and have filled out the Statement by a Supplier form and will forward it before payment.
Option 4: You do not have an ABN or Statement by a Supplier form and therefore understand that under PAYG legislation the Festival must withhold 48.5% from the fee and forward the same to the ATO on your behalf.
